Why? one of these reasons:

-they did not have tools on their walls

-they did not have correct defenses set when others defended them

-they were inactive while they were here, or

-they sent no troops to protect the capital

Welcome to our STEEL capital!

Here you can build strong attack and defense troops.

1. Your leader must ask permission

STEEL Captains must ask permission for members to come to a Capital

2. Your walls

To come to a Capital, you must have level 4 towers.

This is for your protection!

3. Your defense

Set your wall defenses to 0-0-100

(see the diagram below)

Use tools in EVERY wall slot on the 100 side.

Use TWO slots of flaming arrows/Bulwarks and ONE of stones/tar kettles

Buy armorer tools if you can.

Use fire moat for defense in your moat if possible.

4. Tell us!

Tell us you have your defenses set right.

If you do not tell us, we will not defend you.

When you leave the game, make a STATUS report. Say if your gates are open or closed.

5. Be active!

We expect you to be online building soldiers. That is why you are here.

Guests who occupy places without being active will not be allowed back.

6. Support the Capital

You MUST send at least 500 defenders to the capital when you arrive

STEEL Captains must NOT send a player who does not meet these rules!
