Rules for STEEL teams

Our branches
Only teams listed hereare official STEEL teams. No other claims are valid.
Any team that becomes part of STEEL family must reflect that in its name change. They must sign our Promise of Allegiance.
STEEL teams may not form new sub-branches without permission of the leadership team.
STEEL teams must never attack another STEEL team.

Recruitment
Captains of STEEL teams must train their members in behaviour standards
All new members must be signed up to the STEEL Forum
New members must be shown the list of STEEL teams and pacts, and the list of punishments.
Very young team members should be supervised, because they make make poorly judged attacks that can start wars.

Leadership
Team captains may not leave their leadership position without consulting royalty leadership team.
Teams may not be left leaderless for long periods of time.
If a Captain goes on holiday, a Deputy must be appointed. That deputy must be registered with STEEL Forum.

Diplomacy
STEEL teams must not attack teams on the list of STEEL diplomacy pacts.
Only the leadership team may give a team permission to break or add diplomacy pacts.
Our official STEEL pact list is on this site. 

Respect
STEEL Captains must show professional courtesy and respect when dealing with each other.
That includes putting aside political, cultural and religious differences.

Cooperation
STEEL teams must cooperate with and support each other when required
Captains must make themselves available to attend chat discussions as required
Captains must register with the STEEL forum and encourage their team members to join also

Confidentiality
Matters posted on the forum must not be discussed with other non-STEEL teams
Captains must tell a Forum administrator if a member leaves STEEL so they can be removed from this forum

Punishments
Team Captains must obey the punishments for attacking another STEEL team.

Persistent breaking of these STEEL rules may result in sanctions for leaders or even whole teams.
These sanctions may include:
-warnings
-exclusion from the STEEL Forum
-levies of wood or stone
-punishment attacks and/or expulsion from the STEEL family (extreme cases only)
